If you’ve been here for any length of time you know how passionate I am about mamas being in their own photographs.

Which is why I am so excited to be partnering with VancouverMom for a biweekly Instagram challenge to get you in your own photographs. Every other Friday on VancouverMom we’ll announce a new theme. All you have to is post your photo of you and your littles in the spirit of the theme and tag it #mamaintheshot. Even better? We’re going to choose a winner every two weeks to win a $100 Jenn Di Spirito Photography gift certificate. And in 3 months one of those winners will also receive a beautiful mama session.

This week our theme is ‘in the kitchen’. Follow @jenndispirito and @vancouver_mom on instagram and post as many photos as you like of you and your littles in the kitchen, tagging them with #mamaintheshot.
