After a successful career in finance and business development, I left the corporate world and opened Jenn Di Spirito Photography in 2007 as a way to satisfy my artistic bend while still keeping my toes in the business world. It proved to be the perfect way to couple my heart for creating meaningful portraits and knack for knowing exactly how those portraits should be displayed in my clients’ homes.

A number of years ago I stumbled across a study on the effects of family photography on self-esteem in children, and have been captivated with the power of photography to so positively affect children ever since. I believe decorating your home with emotion-filled portraits of the people you love most in the world is a good enough reason on its own to have your family professionally photographed. But knowing those photographs are going to have a life-long effect on the way your child sees themselves is another matter entirely.

I have been featured in numerous publications and won various awards for both photography and design.

I live in Vancouver, BC with my husband, our two children and a cat. When I’m not photographing or designing wall galleries, I spend my time on the sidelines of a soccer field, in the waiting room of a dance studio or planning my next run.
